Fried prawns details
Ingredients
- Prawns – ½ kg
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Ginger/garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Refined flour (maida) – 1 cup (sifted)
- Corn flour – 1 cup
- Baking powder – 2 ½ tsp
- Eggs – 2
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingredients except oil, with cold water to make a thick mixture
- Marinate prawns in it for 15 mins
- Heat oil in a wok (karahi) and add prawns one by one
- When the prawns turn golden, take them out on a paper towel
- Serve hot with the sauce of your choice
