|250 g||potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced|
|75 g||mushrooms, sliced|
|1 tsp||rosemary, chopped|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the potatoes until golden brown and done. Add the mushrooms, garlic and the rosemary and cook for 5 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
