Ingredients
250 g | potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced |
1 tbsp | oil |
75 g | mushrooms, sliced |
1 tsp | rosemary, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the potatoes until golden brown and done. Add the mushrooms, garlic and the rosemary and cook for 5 more minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
