Ingredients

600 g pork fillet, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2  tomatoes, sliced
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
salt and pepper
paprika powder
1 tbsp butter
1  yoghurt

Instructions

Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the fillet and fry over medium heat from all sides for 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, onions, tomatoes and a dash of water. Cover and stew over low heat for 10 more minutes. Pour in the yoghurt and allow to steep over low heat for another 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

Serve with rice, potatoes or fresh bread.
