Fillet of pork with yoghurt sauce recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | pork fillet, sliced |
1 large | onion, sliced |
2 | tomatoes, sliced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 | yoghurt |
Instructions
Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the fillet and fry over medium heat from all sides for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, onions, tomatoes and a dash of water. Cover and stew over low heat for 10 more minutes. Pour in the yoghurt and allow to steep over low heat for another 1-2 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Serve with rice, potatoes or fresh bread.
