Fried noodles with garlic beef recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | rice vermicelli |
3 tbsp | oil |
500 g | minced beef |
1 ½ tbsp | sweet chili sauce |
1 ½ tbsp | black bean sauce |
2 tbsp | dark soy sauce |
3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 | carrot, about 120 g, thinly sliced |
120 g | broccoli, chopped |
80 g | snow peas |
2 tbsp | dark soy sauce, extra |
Instructions
Cover vermicelli with warm water in a bowl and let it stand for about 10 minutes, drain well.Heat oil in wok or pan. Add minced beef and stir-fry until well browned. Add sweet chilli sauce, black bean sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic, carrot, broccoli and snow peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are just tender.
Add vermicelli and extra soy sauce to wok. Stir gently heat through.
Serve immediately.
