Mince stuffed tomatoes recipe details
Ingredients
2 | tomatoes |
80 g | beef mince |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 tbsp | freshly grated Cheddar or Gouda cheese |
some | oregano |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | oil |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C.Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the pips with a teaspoon.
Mix together the beef mince, cheese and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Return the cut off tops and bake for another 3-5 minutes.
