Noodles with Beans Mangetout and Prawns recipe

Ingredients
20 g | sesame seeds |
200 g | French beans, trimmed, cut lengthwise |
200 g | mangetout, trimmed, cut lengthwise |
125 g | dried egg noodles |
400 g | prawns, cooked, peeled |
1 medium | red chili, deseeded, chopped |
For the Dressing: | |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
1 tsp | sunflour oil |
¼ tsp | caster sugar |
Instructions
Heat a dry frying pan over a medium heat. Add the sesame seeds and stir until lightly toasted. Transfer to a bowl and leave to cool.
Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing.
Cook beans in a large pan of salted water and cook for 3 minutes, until just tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the mangetout and cook for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, then drain and set aside.
Add the noodles to the pan and cook until just al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
Combine the beans, mangetout, noodles, prawns, sesame seeds and the chilli in a large bowl.
Combine the ingredients for the dressing and add to the bowl. Toss together well.
