Ingredients
1 | mozzarella, halved |
200 g | breadcrumbs |
1 | egg, beaten |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Turn the Mozzarella halves first in the egg and afterwards in the breadcrumbs. Make sure that the Mozzarella is coated with egg and breadcrumbs from all sides. Season with salt and pepper.In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the mozzarella and fry over low heat until crispy.
Serve with tomatoes and white bread.
