4 | cod cutlets, washed, dried |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste | |

1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | flour |
240 ml | milk |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
½ tsp | mustard |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place cod in an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Combine butter, flour and milk in pan. Cook over low heat, whisking continuously, until sauce thickens. Continue cooking for 1 minute. Stir in cheese and mustard.
