Creamed parsnips recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | parsnip, peeled, roughly chopped |
150 ml | single cream |
fresh parsley, chopped, to garnish |
Instructions
Bring water to the boil and cook the parsnips for 35-40 minutes, until very tender.Drain thoroughly then return to the pan and mash the parsnip using a potato masher. Stir in the cream and season to taste.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
