Fried Cauliflower and Broccoli with a Curd Cheese Dip recipe

|2 tbsp||almond flakes|
|2 tsp||sesame seeds|
|250 g||curd cheese|
|50 g||sour cream|
|1 tbsp||fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, chives, etc.)|
|1||lime, grated peel|
|salt and pepper|
|lettuce leaves, to garnish|
Divide the cauliflower and the broccoli in florets. Crosswise carve the stems. Cook in salted water until tender, but still a bit firm to the bite.
Mix the curd cheese with sour cream, lime peel and the herbs and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
In a pan, heat the butter and roast the almonds. Add the cauliflower and cook stirring for a few minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg.
In a separate pan, heat the butter with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Add the broccoli and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Place a dollop of the curd cheese dip in the middle of the plates and surround with broccoli and cauliflower. Decorate with some small lettuce leaves.
Also good when broccoli and cauliflower are coated with breadcrumbs and deep-fried.
