Broccoli and salmon lasagna recipe details
Ingredients
500 g broccoli florets, blanched |
1 onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) garlic, minced |
30 g butter |
40 g flour |
130 ml single cream |
130 ml milk |
200 g cheese, grated |
½ bunch(es) dill, chopped |
12 lasagna sheets, you may need some more |
250 g salmon, diced |
salt and pepper |
nutmeg |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter and fry the garlic and the onion over medium heat until lucent.
Stir in the flour and cook stirring until pale yellow. Pour in by and by, stirring constantly with a wire whisk, the cream, milk and so much water, that a creamy sauce forms.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the dill and 100g of the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a buttered shallow casserole dish, layer some of the sauce, lasagne sheets, salmon and broccoli until all ingredients are used up finishing with sauce.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
