Fresh dill scramble recipe details
Dill and egg are two spices that just seem to go together perfectly. Like Jerry Rice and Joe Montana, neither was quite the same without the other.

Ingredients
Serves: 3- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook onion in skillet for 2 minutes, then add tomato and continue cooking for 2 more minutes. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Wipe out skillet.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs with egg whites, water, dill, salt, and pepper until frothy.
3. Coat skillet again with cooking spray and place over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture and cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes, until eggs are almost set; add onions and tomatoes, and continue to cook until eggs are set.
