French toast casserole recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 loaf French or Italian bread, cut into 1-inch slices
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put the bread on the bottom, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl, and pour them over the bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, uncover, dot with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
