Ingredients
250 g | flour |
2 tsp | olive oil |
100 ml | water |
1 tsp | salt |
200 g | crème fraîche |
120 g | ham or bacon, diced, |
120 g | spring onions, sliced |
200 g | grated cheese |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.In a bowl, knead together the flour, salt, olive oil and water until the dough is smooth and pliable. Cover and allow to rest for 1 hour.
Thinly roll out the dough on a baking sheet. Evenly spread the crème fraîche on the dough. Sprinkle with ham or bacon and spring onions and in a final step with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza for 30-40 minutes until crispy.
