Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to high. Measure out four (8×12-inch) lengths of foil. Set a salmon fillet on each.
2. Drizzle salmon fillets with ranch dressing, then sprinkle with bacon, cheese, and pepper to taste. Fold the foil edges up to form edges around each fillet.
3. Set foil packets on the grill and close lid. Grill for about 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Serve.
