Fluffy and Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Ever since my mom made scrambled eggs, I longed for that fluffy texture, and now that I had my hands on the kitchen, I cooked some eggs that my family really loves. This recipe is really different from the others, I hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients
Serves: 5
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl, add milk, and beat using a wire whisk. Beat until well mixed.
2. Heat the butter until butter melts in a saucepan, then add eggs. Use the wire wisk (not a food turner) and beat the eggs while in the pan and let eggs cook; beat for 10 seconds. Lower the heat and add grated cheese, mix again until eggs are semi cooked, then add spring onions.
3. Continue to beat using the wire whisk until eggs are moist and nearly cooked. Turn off the heat and let eggs sit for 5 seconds, transfer to plate and serve.
