Flap jacks recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | rolled oats |
85 g | brown sugar |
150 g | soft butter |
30 g | syrup of your choice, e.g. maple syrup |
Instructions
Mix together the oats and the sugar. In a pan melt the butter. Add the oats mixture and the syrup and stir well.Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Evenly pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cut the cake into squares. Allow to cool before serving.
