Ingredients
500 g | Flank steak |
100 ml | red wine |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
300 ml | beef broth |
1 tbsp | tomato paste |
1 tsp | mustard |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
2 tbsp | water |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
Instructions
Place steak in a slow cooker.Combine wine, soy sauce, garlic, broth,tomato paste, mustard, and onion. Mix well and then pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the crockpot together with the sliced mushrooms. Cover and cook on high heat for another 20 to 30 minutes.
