Ingredients
2 | peaches, peeled, cut in half, stone removed, sliced |
3 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | brown sugar |
rum, to taste |
Instructions
Melt a butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and stir.
Add peach slices. Cook until fairly warm and starting to soften, about 1 minute. Flip peach slices and allow to cook an additional minute.
Add rum and stir so that the rum is evenly distributed. Light a very long match and pass over pan. Allow flame to die down and stir so until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
Serve peaches over ice cream.
