Ingredients

500 g fish fillet, cubed
500 g mixed frozen vegetables e.g. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, beans
1 glass(es) dry white wine
1 bunch(es) dill, chopped
2 tbsp butter
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1  onion, sliced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the butter. Add the garlic and onion and sauté over medium heat until lucent.

Reduce the heat and add in the fish. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, turning the fish once.

Take the fish out of the pan and set aside. Place the vegetables into the pan and cook turning for same minutes, then add the wine, cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Return the fish, add the parsley and let steep over low heat for 2 more minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

To serve, sprinkle the ragout with freshly chopped dill.
