Finger Sandwich with Egg Spread recipe

Ingredients
4 slice(s) | brown toast |
4 | eggs |
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | whipping cream |
Instructions
Cook the eggs and allow them to cool. Chop the hard boiled eggs and mix with the mayonnaise and whipping cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the mixture on two toasts and cover with the two other breads. With a very sharp knife, cut the sandwiches into small fingers and serve.
