Fish Finger Salad recipe
|1||red onion, sliced|
|salt and pepper|
|1 head(s)||lettuce, cleaned and leaves separated|
|1||ripe avocado, peeled and diced|
|5 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|10||fish fingers, frozen|
|2 tbsp||apple vinegar|
|100 g||shrimp, cooked|
|4 tbsp||sweet chilli sauce|
Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice.
In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the fish fingers until golden and crispy all around. Halve the fish fingers.
In a bowl mix the chilli sauce with vinegar and the remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fish fingers, lettuce, onion, shrimp and avocado and toss gently.
Serve immediately with fresh white bread.
