Ingredients

4 slice(s)	brown toast
150 g	mature Camembert cheese
1	onion
	paprika powder
1 tsp	hot mustard
50 g	cream cheese

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and mash the Camembert with a fork. Mix and add the cream cheese and mustard and season with paprika. Mix until well combined.

Spread the mixture on two toasts and cover with the two other breads. With a very sharp knife, cut the sandwiches into small fingers and serve.
