Ingredients
12 | figs |
60 g | goat cheese |
60 ml | honey |
½ tsp | black pepper, ground |
60 g | goat cheese, fresh, soft |
Instructions
Cut each fig into quarters, stopping about 1 cm from bottom so that the base stays intact. Gently press figs open.Combine honey and pepper in a small bowl and stir to blend.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of the goat cheese into the center of each and arrange figs on a serving dish. Drizzle with peppered honey.
