Fig and port mustard recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | figs, dried, chopped |
125 ml | port |
70 g | mustard seeds, white |
2 tbsp | champagne vinegar |
Instructions
Combine figs and port in a bowl, let stand for 1 hour.Blend or process fig mixture, mustard seeds and vinegar until combined.
Store in a jar. Can be made a week ahead and is a very tasty addition for that summer BBQ season.
