Fettuccine with White Truffles recipe
Ingredients
3 ½ l | water |
400 g | Fettucine pasta |
3 tbsp | butter, unsalted |
150 ml | double cream |
1 small | white truffle |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the butter and cream in a saucepan. Add Parmesan cheese and stir.
Add the pasta and toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Place the pasta on plates and grate some truffle on each serving. If desired, use additional cheese for garnish or to increase the flavour.
