Fennel sausage with broccoli and pasta recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | Italian fennel sausage or minced beef, cut into small chunks |
300 g | broccoli, cut into florets |
140 g | small pasta |
50 ml | vegetable broth |
olive oil |
Instructions
Heat oil in a frying pan and add broccoli florets. Cover, and cook until broccoli is soft over medium heat.Add sausage, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add vegetable broth, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add some water and add pasta. Cook until pasta is soft, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
