Ingredients

250 g	Italian fennel sausage or minced beef, cut into small chunks
300 g	broccoli, cut into florets
140 g	small pasta
50 ml	vegetable broth
	olive oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a frying pan and add broccoli florets. Cover, and cook until broccoli is soft over medium heat.

Add sausage, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add vegetable broth, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add some water and add pasta. Cook until pasta is soft, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
