3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
One 12-ounce can of beer (experiment with seasonal and local beers…the cheaper the better!)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Combine and mix ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer batter into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
