Fast fried fish sandwich recipe details
The crunch of a fried fish sandwich without all the oil, thanks to crushed cornflakes.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 pound halibut or cod filets, about 1 inch thick, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup milk
- Tartar sauce
- 4 hamburger buns, split
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine cornflakes with paprika and lemon pepper in a shallow dish. Dip fish pieces in milk, then dredge in the cornflakes. Set on baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, until fish is cooked through. Serve with tartar sauce in the hamburger buns.
