Farmhouse potatoes recipe

- One 32-ounce package frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
- One 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and butter in large bowl and place in a greased cookie sheet or 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cornflakes in butter. Spread out over potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
