Fried codfish fillet recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | codfish fillets |
salt and pepper | |
2 tsp | butter |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Season the codfish with salt and pepper.In a pan, heat the oil and melt the butter. Fry the fish over medium heat from both sides for 4 minutes.
Place the fish on preheated plates. Stir the lemon juice into the pan with the hot butter and drizzle the mixture over the fish. Serve with potatoes and salad.
