Farmers casserole recipe details
This dish is a great holiday or normal everyday breakfast casserole.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 3 cups fresh shredded hash browns
- 3/4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup diced ham or bacon fully cooked
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper / salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Grease a 2 quart square baking dish. Arrange hashbrowns evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham and onions. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, pepper and salt. Pour egg mixture over hashbrown mixture in dish.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes or untill center appears set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
