Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 box chocolate devils-food cake mix
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pound Fannie May Mint Meltaways(R) (or Andes Crme de Menthe Thins(R)) finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. Blend first seven ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in mints.
3. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for one hour.
4. After cooling, remove from bunt pan and dust with powdered sugar.
