An easy and delicious way to liven up a boxed cake mix. A huge hit at parties.
Ready in: 1 hour 15 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 8
  • 1 box chocolate devils-food cake mix
  • 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pound Fannie May Mint Meltaways(R) (or Andes Crme de Menthe Thins(R)) finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.

2. Blend first seven ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in mints.

3. Pour into bundt pan. Bake for one hour.

4. After cooling, remove from bunt pan and dust with powdered sugar.
