- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups boiling water
- One 12-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 6 bananas, sliced
- One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
- 18 ounces Seven-Uplemon-lime beverage
Dissolve sugar in boiling water. Add orange juice concentrate, bananas and pineapple, stirring until orange juice is dissolved. Add Seven-Up, then pour into large container or several small containers and freeze.
To serve:Thaw until slushy before serving. (On counter approximately 1 hour, in refrigerator overnight, or in microwave on defrost approximately 5 minutes). Serve in sherbert cup with a sprig of mint.Serves: 16 four-ounce servings.>Variations: Add fresh or canned sliced peaches, grapes, or sliced strawberries.
