Empire dessert baked banana filled with black garlic recipe details
Ingredients
| 2 | ripe bananas, skin on |
| 1 | Cadbury flake bar, crumbled |
| 1 clove(s) | black garlic, very finely chopped |
| 2 tsp | runny honey |
| 1 tsp | brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp | brandy |
| 2 scoop(s) | vanilla ice cream |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the flake bar crumbles with the black garlic, the honey and the sugar.Place each banana onto a piece of aluminium foil. Cut a slit in the banana peel from top to end and half way through the pulp.
Fill the bananas with the garlic mixture. Drizzle with the brandy and wrap into the foil. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with the vanilla ice cream.
