Egg puffs recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1 stick of margarine
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, diced
- 1/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 or 4 extra large eggs
- 1/2 cup white flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
In large frying pan, melt the margarine. Set aside to cool. Peel mushrooms and dice into small pieces. Put mushrooms into cooled margarine and stir until coated. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl, beat eggs until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into well-greased pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
