Egg mousse recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | yoghurt |
200 g | crème fraîche |
100 g | mayonnaise |
½ tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | black pepper |
50 g | parsley, chopped |
50 g | chives, chopped |
6 sheet(s) | gelatin |
5 | hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced |
½ tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions
Soak the gelatin in water. Mix together the yoghurt, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, salt, lemon juice, pepper, parsley, chives and Worcestershire sauce.Gently heat the gelatine mixture until the gelatin has dissolved. Stir in some of the yoghurt mixture. In a bowl, combine the gelatine mixture and the remaining yoghurt mixture.
When the mixture begins to set, fold in the eggs. Fill the mousse into ramekins or small bowls and place into the fridge until set completely.
Serve with fresh baguette.
