Egg liqueur and white chocolate cake recipe details
Ingredients
For the cake: | |
100 g | white couverture, chopped |
125 g | flour |
125 g | cornflour |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
5 medium | eggs |
250 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
250 ml | oil |
250 ml | egg liqueur |
For the icing: | |
100 g | white couverture |
10 g | coconut fat |
Instructions
Melt the couverture. Mix together the flour, cornflour and the baking powder. Whisk the eggs with vanilla sugar and sugar until creamy. Stir in the flour mixture, egg liqueur, melted couverture and the oil.Dust a buttered springform tin with flour. Pour in the batter. Bake in the preheated oven at 150°C for an hour. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Remove from the tin and allow to cool completely.
For the icing melt the couverture with the coconut fat. Coat the cake with the icing.
