Ingredients
4 medium | eggs |
2 pack(s) | yeast |
800 g | flour |
500 ml | water |
60 ml | olive oil |
1 tbsp | salt |
1 tbsp | sugar |
For the Glaze: | |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl and knead for about ten minutes. Place the mixture into a greased bowl, cover, and allow rise in a warm spot for twenty minutes.
Then punch down and divide into 30 pieces. Set pieces aside and allow to rise for fifteen minutes.
Drop bagels in boiling water and boil for about 2-3 minutes, turning once.
Place on a greased sheet and brush on egg yolk glaze and bake for 20-25 minutes.
