Ingredients
Serves: 4- 13-inch circle of uncooked pizza dough, pre-made
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups salsa
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 50 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and coat a round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place dough on pizza pan. Poke a few times with a fork. Bake for about 8 minutes, until lightly browned.
3. While dough is baking: combine eggs, seasoned salt, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a skillet; cook over medium heat until set, breaking up into small pieces.
4. Pour the salsa into a colander and let the liquid drain out.
5. Top cooked pizza dough with eggs, salsa, and cheese. Return to oven for 4 minutes to melt the cheese. Slice into wedges and serve.
