Ingredients
Serves: 4- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Kabobs:
- 4 boneless, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 6-pieces each
- 10 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 6 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. Whisk marinade ingredients together in a bowl, then pour into a large plastic resealable bag. Add salmon, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil grate.
3. Thread green onion and salmon pieces onto 8 metal skewers. Set on grill and cook for 6 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking time, until salmon flakes easily.
4. Set kabobs on a serving plate, top with sesame seeds, and serve.
