This is your basic white sauce mac and cheese. No need to cook the noodles first. Just throw everying thing in except cheese, and its good.

Ingredients

Serves: 4

• 1 cup uncooked macaroni
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• teaspoon of salt
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of water
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 18 mins

1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 2 1/2 quart glass casserole dish.
2. Microwave 17-18 minutes or macaroni is tender.
3. Stir in the cheese until melted.
