Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, minced
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Pour oil into a saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook onion in hot oil for about 6 minutes to soften, then add remaining ingredients.
2. When liquids come to a boil, turn heat down to low, put a lid on the saucepan, and cook for 10 minutes.
