Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1-1/2 pounds flank steak (or skirt steak)
- 16 ounces prepared Italian Dressing
- 16 ounces soy sauce (preferably the saltier brands from Japan)
Preparation method
Prep: 20 hours | Cook: 10 mins1. Use a meat tenderizer. I use one with 45 needles that you punch tiny holes into the meat (optional).
2. Combine Italian dressing and soy sauce in a gallon sized resealable bag and mix well. Put the meat in the bag and close the bag so that you have little to no air. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Turn the bag over once the next day.
3. Preheat grill on high heat.
4. Place meat on the grill, cook for approximately 4 – 6 minutes per side, or to your liking.
