Ingredients
Serves: 5- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 3/4 teaspoons black pepper
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins | Extra time: 4 hours, marinating1. Stir teriyaki sauce together with olive oil and sugar in a bowl. Measure out 1/2 cup of the mixture and pour into a large plastic resealable bag, along with the pork. Seal and refrigerate, along with the bowl of remaining marinade, for 1 hour.
2. Preheat grill for medium indirect heat and lightly oil grate. If desired, use apple wood chips to flavor pork.
3. Drain pork from the marinade and set on the grill. Close lid and cook for about 30 minutes, turning midway through cooking time, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
4. Remove from heat, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice. Serve with the unused teriyaki mixture spooned over each serving.
