Easy crepes to make the night before recipe details
You’ll be dreaming of a crepe breakfast all night when you make this batter before bed.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted, + butter for pan
- Filling (Nutella, jam, shredded cheese, etc.)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Make the crepes the night before you want to serve them. Combine the flour and the eggs, breaking up the yolk and whites with a fork or whisk. Then add the liquids and season with salt; finally, stir in the melted butter.
2. Heat a skillet or griddle pan on medium-high flame, and melt a little butter on it.
3. Place 1/4 cupfuls of batter on the hot griddle and spread them out to be thin circles. Cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Stack the crepes and place in a large plastic resealable bag. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
5. Preheat the toaster oven or regular oven to 350 degrees F.
6. Fill the crepes with Nutella(R), cheese, or jam. Fold over and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes or until hot. Serve.
