Ingredients
2 | chicken breasts |
35 g | sesame seed |
2 clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
4 tbsp | tomato puree |
2 tsp | mustard |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
3 tsp | honey |
1 | chili powder |
dried thyme and oregano | |
pepper | |
some | oil |
Instructions
Mix together the garlic, tomato purée, mustard, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and herbs and season with pepper and chili powder.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the chicken breasts into an oiled casserole dish. Pour over the sauce and cover with aluminium foil.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake for 15 more minutes.
Serve with rice.
