Ingredients
Serves: 4- 9 ounces tagliatelle pasta
- 9 ounces thin asparagus stalks, trimmed off stems and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 5 ounces frozen baby broad beans (a.k.a. fava beans)
- 3.5 ounces creme fraiche
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 9 ounces smoked salmon, shredded
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 5 minutes, then add asparagus and beans. Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, until pasta, asparagus, and beans are al dente.
2. Whisk creme fraiche with zest, chives, and dill. Sprinkle smoked salmon over the mixture.
3. Drain pasta and vegetables, then toss with creme fraiche mixture. Serve.
