This Easy Chicken Casserole is made with cream cheese, chicken broth, chicken, and etc. This meal is so fast and easy and I guarantee your friends and family will absolutely love it. You can even add vegetables and onion or peppers if desired.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 4 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (12.5 ounce) cans chicken, drained
- 2 sleeves Ritz(TM) crackers
- cooking spray
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix cream cheese, chicken broth, and canned chicken in a large bowl. Crunch up 1 sleeve of crackers and stir them into the chicken mixture. Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
3. Crush the remaining sleeve of crackers and sprinkle them evenly over the top of the casserole. Spray the top of the casserole very lightly with cooking spray to keep it from burning.
4. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Casserole will firm up more as it cools. Let stand 8-10 minutes before eating.
