The most simple roasted duck recipe you’re ever going to see. Sweet orange juice provides a little extra flavor, but the meat is the star.
Ready in: 35 mins
- 1 wild duck, plucked, drawn, and trussed
- Orange juice or port
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 30 mins
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Brush duck with softened butter and place in roasting pan. Bake for about 30 minutes, basting occasionally with orange juice or port.
